One of the delights of working with Lilias Trotter Legacy is receiving and reading the many emails sent to us.  Many of our favorites are from people sharing how they have been touched, encouraged, challenged, or inspired by the life and/or works of Lilias Trotter.  It is humbling to get these first-hand glimpses into the hearts of fellow Lilias Trotter admirers.

We also occasionally hear from people who have creatively shared Lilias Trotter with others and/or creatively incorporated Lilias Trotter into their own personal lives and practices.  From homeschool curriculums to art workshops, from journaling practices to church events, from movie nights to book discussions, and more . . . we take joy in hearing about the ways that Lilias Trotter’s legacy is being kept alive today by so many people in so many ways.

We would love to hear your stories!  And, if given permission, we would love to share your stories.  Consider reaching out to us and letting us know about a Lilias Trotter event you have hosted, a Lilias Trotter book discussion you’ve led, a Many Beautiful Things movie night you’ve held, or a Lilias Trotter inspired personal journey you’ve been on. Or whatever else you might have done – or are doing – that is Lilias Trotter inspired.  Even if it’s “for our eyes only,” we’d love to hear from you. Your stories encourage us in our mission to “gather, preserve, and make accessible the written and artistic work of Lilias Trotter; present to a global audience the thought, works, and life of Lilias Trotter; and use the enduring legacy of Lilias Trotter to convey the light and love of Jesus to others.”
